Well, I'd like to be able to hear the new Maiden that I've acquired, so I think I'll just stuff my ears with greasy popcorn...

Too bad I don't have a 'smart phone' and I could read maidenfans.com while Troy and Gabriella are dancing and singing in a G-rated setting.
Ah, survival of the High School Musical (3).

I'd spoiler this, but I don't think you guys n gals give a damn.  There is strife.  There is teen angst.  The guy almost looses the girl.  The other girl almost steps in.  The best buddy almost gets mad.  However, in a way that only Disney with a G rating can do, it all works out in the end.

So very true. One of Sabbath's best riffs and one of their best songs as well. (Other favourites of mine are Children of the Grave and Symptom of the Universe, btw).

Children of the Grave is a kick ass song...

But if I'm not mistaken, the original title wasn't CotG, but Embryo...

(Don't ask me why...)

You know what, I have always suspected that... Now, there are two of us...  ;)

Well, after all Embryo is still on the album - the acoustic intro to CotG, as you should recall. Perhaps I should but "Master of Reality" in my CD player tonight? Really good album.

So, to speak of Sabbath and Children of the.....

I can only think of the brilliant Children of the Sea.

I believe you are a follower of the church of harris, if memory serves.  If so, you may want to check the by-laws.  I'm not a believer, but I think you'll find something to the effect of "...and those that do believe will allow a tenth of their posts to be included in the 100k thread, as a tithe for the Church of Harris..."

Tho, I'm not really up on the doctrine in that church.  I know that for The One True Church, all Followers Of The Blessed Duality, Gers/Murray, post in the 100k thread to spread the word of The Great Ones.

I have no fear, and only my faith to keep me company.

Here, and I thought I found a place for my religious freedom... :P

Not good enough. Get it NOW. It is too awesome to wait.

I have it now.

Its in my list!  I was trying to work through Gamma Ray's Majestic for the Helloween/Gamma Ray thread, Ayreon's stuff, and the Blaze Maiden discs.  It'll be a full nite!!  Woo hoo!!!

I can't make up my mind about The Dream Sequencer. It has some really good stuff on it ("The Shooting Company..." in particular), but for some reason I always get tired of it before I reach the end. It's something about the... texture of the songs. I feel the same about the other Ayreon albums I've heard.

yesterday I found at last the album version of this song --> http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=CY_tGkK_12o

that I was searching for +13 years!! (since summer 1995)  :yey:
the only thing I knew was that it was Carlos Santana involved
the reason I made so much time to find out was that it was not a normal Santana (group) release, but a solo one (Brothers)

other songs I've searched for a while :

CAN -Animal Waves (10 years) -by knowing just the name of the group
Smokie -Who (the fuck) is Alice? (8 years) -by knowing just this funny chorus  --> http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=CsrfovOPcjk
