I do tech support; so I am rather a dedicated help desk fellow. Though I'm not rated in anything, I've been building all my networking and OS related skills. I'm learning UNIX currently.
I do a support role as well and the amount of calls I take that has me ending up simply saying - "reboot the PC".
This new project had to happen for our company. As I said, we have 1300 stores and they are still using IT equipment that is 10-12 years old - running DOS 6.2.
