Thats cool, posting goes on!  Did your mom and dad like your pad?  -- when i saw Maiden in Chicago, we drove home right after, and it was a 5hour drive, pulled in about 5am, and slept for the next 8 hours.  (my son had to have a 'family vacation' approval from school-- I'm a bad influence)

Taking your kid to a Maiden concert is the epitomy of a good parent.

I try hard!  He is going with me in June and also to see Rush.

As far as __no5 someone recently asked him about his -55, I was worried he had it there and wanted to keep it, and he said he wouldn't mind a  +5 number, so we were gonna suprise him with at + karma when he returns next month.

What a great night!  Many posts in the 100k thread!  Which totally makes up for the lack of anything on the TV tonite...

Montreal beat the Islanders earlier.  I could not watch it.  But I was happy when I saw the results -- 3:0.

That's a cool dad.  I wonder if there will be any bands I like that still tour my kid is old enough.  Probably not.  The youngest bands I like that are around are in their mid-40s at least.

How old is the boy?

He's 14 now.  The last concert was for his 13th bday.  I may have posted this earlier, but he found all of my old concert t's and is now wearing them to school.  Guess ratty old t's are the style.

Go Habs!  I haven't had the chance to watch too much hockey over the last year or so.  When I lived in St Louis, I watched it all the time...

OK, GK (or anyone that wants to answer)-- did the strike/lockout deter you from watching for a while?

No the lockout did not deter me.  However, I have not seen more than 10 minutes of baseball since their lockout.
