Seems to have been a quiet/slow 24 hours.  I must be an addict, I was sitting in the sports bar, drinking beer, eating (more) hotwings and watching college basket ball, all the while thinking "when I get home, I hafta check in on the maidenfans.com forum!"

Some days I think that I should re-assess my lifes goals.  But, what the hell, that mite take some effort.

Don't feel bad Wasted, we all have preoccupations at times. At least you were sitting in a bar, enjoying yourself. I just recently made the decision that I need to jump on when possible during the weekends to ensure maximum participation. It's good to have goals.

Better not.  You might decide to post less.

Yeah, sometimes life just gets in the way of posting here, Deano.  Glad to see you on a weekend-- you seem super pumped about the new Eastern dates!  I can hardly wait to buy my tickets to Rosemont-- was there 2 years ago, and going again!  (and 2 weeks later seeing Rush in St Louis!)

@GK, you are right, can't stop the posting!

I'm pumped about tomorrow.  Last time I saw Maiden I could not go to work the next day because I could not fall asleep until 4:30 AM.  I was still rockin'.  ;)

I just finished hosting my parents.  They saw my apartment for the first time and I have a lot of time to kill before going to bed.
Let's make a new record here.

Thats cool, posting goes on!  Did your mom and dad like your pad?  -- when i saw Maiden in Chicago, we drove home right after, and it was a 5hour drive, pulled in about 5am, and slept for the next 8 hours.  (my son had to have a 'family vacation' approval from school-- I'm a bad influence)

Yeah, what the hell. Posting isn't just for work anymore.

I am stoked about the new dates, The World Slavery Tour was my first Maiden show, and while I get excited about every tour they do, this is probably the most excited I've been in years.

I'm waiting on the coals to burn out in the grill now so I can put the cover back on it. I made some kick ass hamburgers tonight I must say.

How did that go?
