You never told me about it.
Well, if you'll follow me now I can begin...I did not make this time machine out of fear or out of anger. Yet, throughout my childish experiment, I felt confused and silenced by the waste around me. But if you sit down, I'll tell you everywhere I've been. I've lived a very long life. It's truly extraordinary! Let me tell you! I'll take you there! But, truly, does it even really matter? These stories, the things I've found, they're all just in my mind. You couldn't even
imagine what I've seen or what I've done. I am not a preacher, by the way, I'm just a regular man. I've seen the whole world and the stories I could tell you will make your hair stand on end! Your hair will stand so high it will be taller than the walls, taller than church steeples, even! Did I tell you that I've seen gods cry? I've even seen their faces! And I'm not ashamed to tell you this epic story, but, hmm, where should I begin? By the way, I can't see the light in the darkness or solve the sins of the fathers. But this harsh truth I will tell you: it is
not a lie!
Oh, hey, let me pause this story because I simply must tell you that outside, up in the sky, it's a full moon. Gosh, I've been telling this harrowing tale of time travel for an entire day now!
Anyway, as I was saying, if you open your heart to me and if your soul is free, you can really
hear my story. But remember: I'm just a man. I'm not a preacher. Don't take anything I have to say as gospel, and, obviously, I have said
a lot. I have shared with you so many of my tales. And I collect these stories in darkness. I am a dangerous man. To whom? I do not know. But yet I despair.
...what was I talking about again?
