Honestly I don´t have the patience for meditation. The ironic thing is I could increase my patience by doing meditation. :D

It’s not easy to start. The first 1 -2 weeks can be torturous.
I wanted to “stop thinking so much”, thus I started. What I’ve learnt is that meditation doesn’t eliminate thinking. It does eliminate its effects.
Like if you are focusing on a tree at the other side of the road. There are many cars passing before your eyes in both directions, the cars are your thoughts. They are still technically there, but as you are focusing on the tree, they come and go without disturbing your “stream”.
 
Bought some additional running gear from Nike. Running & yoga trunks, dry fit t-shirt & running socks.
It’s funny how 80 days of lock down can completely change your perception about prices.

What seemed ridiculously expensive same time a year ago, today it felt like a bargain!
