Oh yes. Not to mention the evil Calormen being pretty much Muslims. We had a scary Methodist teacher at school who insisted on pointing out all the poorly hidden Christian stuff in the Narnia books.To be fair, it's a Christian allegory, and they teach that to kids too.
That's what happens when there are multiple authors.I do have to say, the Bible is a messily written book. Too many characters, too many plot holes, and it thrives on deus ex machina.
