I think the organizers wanted Blind Guardian to headline Saturday or Sunday but they have to be in Austria on Saturday so they're playing as "special guests" the day before instead and will hopefully get a 90 minute set. The organizers probably had to get Ghost or Megadeth quite late on. Ghost are fairly popular at the moment I guess, but Kreator are a very established band. Headliners for that festival are odd though. Blind Guardian and Testament have both headlined before and I'd have had Arch Enemy down as a headliner too.
