I was aware of this. And I have had the real stuff, too, not the fake stuff. I had the fake stuff first before I found out about the actual brand, and then I was...shocked at how horrible it was. But then again, it could be that I only had one can.

Ugh... My strings turn 2 years old this summer... Makes me sick just thinking about it. The crazy thing is I play regularly and the tuning stability is pretty decent. It's a miracle they haven't broken yet.
