I've noticed that. Apple's doing the same thing with the iPods and i have no idea why, they used to include one and now has to be purchased separately...

Actually I think one reason could be the high volume of previous iPod owners buying new ones and already having an adapter, but why should new owners have to screwed over?

What surprised me was beating the Australians....but then again, our man Sheridan knows how to get under their skin and they subsequently get ruffled and panic. And that is exactly what happened.

Beating France in Paris was less of a shock as we were due a win there (I think we hadn't won in Paris for something like 5 or 6 years).

When France play the All Blacks on a neutral ground, France nearly always win. Just like in football, France always seem to beat Brazil in Europe.
