Usually not that much for me, but I try to find time to play every day. Lately it's been more, because I'm going to perform at a work event with two colleagues. But that's not been exclusively guitar, I've played keyboards (really my best instrument) and bass as well.

7 days a week, 1 hour a day in the week, 3 hours a day in the weekend.
No wonder you fucking rock, Saap! :ok:

Wingman, not so much... :p

What kind of music, Wingman?

Mostly rock, but also a little from other genres. We're basically making a quiz where we'll play parts of a number of songs (including some film/TV themes) and people will have to guess.

We're also preparing a couple of songs that we'll play in their entirety, as a bonus (or extra punishment, for those who don't like heavy guitar-based music :p)

Years ago, my friend lost her cat and for 6 months she couldn't look at a picture of it without crying. In the last couple months, 2 more of her cats passed away. SIGH She's going to be in rough shape a while. Please keep Maggie in your thoughts and prayers.

Overkill and Motorhead have been putting out the same album for well over 25 five years are they're both in my top five

Your channel is kind of like a reality check for me in terms of the possibility of creating a music channel myself in the future. You put up really cool stuff on there and it barely gets views. A proof that hitting the big money on YouTube is mostly about luck.

The music business in general is often about getting noticed, which can be very demotivational at times, but I've learnt to just do what I like. But there are nice surprises as well: yesterday I noticed that the total views on my videos is about 5300. I remember waiting to hit 1000 and the next 4000 took app. the same time, so it's getting better. Still, these are microscopic numbers on the vast 'tube but the most important thing is I enjoy doing what I do.

I admit I've never looked into this, Saap: How does this work? Who gives you the money, how much for what, what is, in essence, the business model?

Well, at least you are in the few % of posters who put actual quality on YouTube. That's a good start!

Do you know why I love Canada? Because last night I was out drinking with a Shia Muslim from Pakistan, a Hindu person from India, and a Sunni Muslim, who were all bonding over how much they fucking love beer.
