God that feels good. I've been longing for the day that I reach that conclusion for a year now. Ever since I started, coincidentally.
 
I was let go due to economical reasons, and was supposed to work just hours rather than full time, but after today my mindset is "fuck that". I don't care if I haven't found another occupation when the contract is fulfilled in almost a month. I just have to get the hell out of there.
 
I was feeling like that in the spring.
But I couldn't found better option. Right now, the desire to move is still there, but the angst has faded somewhat.
(a month-long vacation can do that)
 
I had my month vacation. But three weeks in I cannot take it anymore. The boss is a fucking idiot beyond recognition who cares nothing (and I mean nothing) for the well being of his employees and all he does is bitch and moan. My coworked cut himself pretty badly today. The boss sighed loudly and was like "I'll get you some paper so you can clean the blood."

My coworker said that he needs to go to the doctor and get his hand sown. Boss replied "do that after we're finished here" (we were rigging an event. I'm a sound engineer).
And of course, my boss also fucked up, as usual. And he has the nerve to bitch and moan at me and my coworker... He constantly fucks up with his customer relations but it's never his fault.

I could go on for hours, but let's just say that there's a reason why nobody likes him and everybody wants to quit (and a lot of people have through the years).

Thank you! Feels good to let off some steam. I already have done that verbally to my fiancee as well as my mother who called me... It involved a lot of cursing.
