Going to Zagreb at the end of the month. Unless we change the date of the trip, I might get to see Alestorm/Brainstorm concert there :shred:

I rarely sleep more than 6 hours a night anymore. I've even stopped drinking caffeine after lunch time. Meh.

Right?? I remember the days I could sleep til noon. Not anymore. :/

I have been going to try some time release melatonin. I've heard that helps one stay sleeping...

Meanwhile I'm having the opposite problem: Too much sleep.

I'm still tired though. And I need to wake up 8 hours earlier tomorrow than I did today...

Pretty much the same situation, Saap. Went to bed at 9 am, woke up at 6 pm, gotta wake up at 10 am tomorrow.

That sounds like trouble. If I woke up at 6pm, I'd just barely be starting to feel tired by 10am the next day ... but I'd be out by noon. And sleep tonight, when your body doesn't need it? Sounds like trouble to me.

Sleep deprivation is dangerous. You lose coordination. Actors famously use it as a technique for acting drubl. Next time you see Ferris Bueller, and the scene near the end with Charlie Sheen: he stayed awake for over 24 hrs straight before filming so he would appear wasted.

Welcome to Maidenfans Villas, care home for those too old and infirm to lead a metal lifestyle.
