I have witnessed something incredible.

I went to Bergen yesterday morning to watch the Ph.D. defense of a friend of mine and celebrate afterwards. From I arrived there at 9AM yesterday until I left at 4PM today, not a single drop of rain fell. In Bergen! Can you believe it.

Summary of past few days:

Sleep for 4-5 hours, wake up with headache, take a pill, headache stops, nausea starts, go back to bed -> repeat.

Thank you. Every time I wake up I feel like I've slept for a long time, then I check the watch and it was only 2-3h :(

No idea. Could stop tomorrow or in 10 days. Going to an ultrasound checkup on Monday to see if everything is OK with the stomach internally. If it is, it's probably just a really really bad cold.

I'm gonna start exercising tomorrow, I can't let this "full body pain" stop me. You can't live your life like this, it takes all the joy away from you. Hopefully it dies away with constant exercise.

Well me I can hardly move my head - whiplash from headbanging on our firm's Friday teambuilding. Damn, at 22 I'm already too old for this s*it. :(

What a summer we're having here. 9 degrees and rain. I heard there was snow on the ground a few days ago. It melted right away, of course, but still, snow in the middle of June.

In other news, I'm afraid my grandma doesn't have a lot of time left. Her health has deteriorated a lot since last summer and she's barely able to move on her own.

My grandmother just passed last year after a very, very long struggle with Alzheimer's. It's terrible, but at the same time, it reminds you very much of the good times. That doesn't make it easy...love to your family, mate.
