Right, you've got higher altitudes iirc. But yeah, it's been ridiculously warm here for this time of year recently. The steep drop in temperature hasn't been much less ridiculous, though.

The same goes for all of Northern Europe, really. December was incredibly mild, as was the beginning of January. Then the temperature took a nosedive towards more normal temperatures for the season ...

Yeah, that's more unofficial, but definitely more true. Berlin is creative enough not to rip off Baden-Württemberg and come up with it's own brilliant slogan. Be Berlin. I bet a lot of backs got patted for that.
 
Feeling slightly dizzy or tipsy and energetic. It's not extreme, but I felt that way when I got up from the chair a few minutes ago. Normally that only kicks in after the third coffee in an hour.
 
It is, and I never do it intentionally.
I remember having an entire litre within an hour once. And the coffee I make is strong. I read two hundred pages within the next hour, and kept as much as I would have had I read it at normal speed. Later that day, I felt miserably hungover.
