I know I'm in a minority, but I'm not a fan of horses.

This past week was The Pennsylvania Farm Show for us here and the husband and I had a nice little experience with one of the horses. It was in it's stall and we were petting it's face and giving it little scratches. It seemed to enjoy that very much. They're like big dogs.

As a very novice rider I was on a horse that stepped on a hornet's nest.
Bucked me off hard and narrowly missed crushing my head.

I'm kinda tainted on the whole horse thing.

I've been riding once since. (Because you know if you fall off a horse you have to get back on )
It was a very uncomfortable experience. I felt like it could explode at any moment.
