Do you mean bottom left abdomen? If so, probably air.

If you really meant the stomach, it is still more likely air (or some other temporary irritation of the intestine). The spleen is located below and to the left of the stomach, but it's not very common that something happens to the spleen out of nothing.

On a more serious note: Saap, sudden stomach pain is usually nothing to be scared of, because it is usually nothing serious. But if it becomes worse or you start getting other symptoms, go see a doctor.
