What's happening?
Customers are being super annoying today. Working customer service has it's good and bad days. Some days you get awesome customers who are pleasant to talk to or some days you'll get annoying idiot customers and today seems to be one of those days. I'll be alright. Just the lovely perks of talking to people on the phone everyday.

My experience with customer service is that the people I talk to always thank me for being friendly to them. I don't think I want to imagine what kind of experience prompts that.
 
Phew, interview over. I think it went well. We shall see soon enough.

@mc, I know your pain!! Some of my 'users' are really polite, some are pissy.

Saap's right, that was abit misleading. But in that case, I thank you for being a friendly customer. :D It definitely pays to be because us customer service folk will be more inclined to help you out! ;) From being in this job for 7 years, I've definitely learned a thing or two about how to be a good customer and how to treat customer service operators.
