From feeling like a hungover wreck to welcoming guests of the Iraqi embassy in less than 24 hours. My life subscribes to random absurdity.

They didn't seem to have much of a sense of humour, but it went pretty well anyway.

Today walking home I finally discovered the song with perfect rhythm for my moving speed: Stranger in a Strange Land.

"Do you know how fast you were going?"
"108 beats per minute."

What a long weekend... :/

My car died on Friday night, about 5 miles from a friends house. Got a ride home (about 45 min away from dead car) and the cops called to tell me I needed to drive back over and push my car off the road. So I got home at 11:30 after moving the broken car. We put on a 5k run on Sat morning for a kid who's mom passed away. 3 runners showed up to it-- all the people on facebook that said they were gonna come bailed. Spent the rest of the day Sat working on my friend's jeep, then spent the whole day on Sunday working on my broken car, that I towed to my friends house. While towing, broke the tow strap and put a crack in my windshield.

I think I'm wanting a job I can walk to :)

Now it's our turn to have storm and rain. The kind of weather hot chocolate is made for ;)

It's an all around nice type of day for us here. I think the whole week is suppose to be like this. Very nice fall weather we're having.

That's crappy. :( I've only just started to recover from a gastric flu type bug I came down with about this time last week. I could hardly eat a thing for days. Although one good thing that came out of it is I've reached my weight loss target now.

I know it sounds odd, but I wouldn't mind getting the flu. I've always felt it cleans the body in some way.
