Having a day off tomorrow, so my weekend is almost here. I feel like doing this:

What? Lying naked and unshaven behind what looks like a fridge, with a bottle of Skol the size of you? o.O

Hmm, my funds are getting a little low these days, and no idea what sort of mood I'll be in or how I'll get there.. but I could potentially get a ticket if this turns into MaidenfansFest...

Go for it! I know at least one person who will be getting a train out of Leeds early that morning and relying heavily on non-car methods of getting there ;)

It will be fairly simple for me to get there from Birmingham in the morning, getting back to Birmingham will be impossible if my friend who I might be going with isn't driving. The plan is to find a 24hr supermarket in Derby to waste as much time as possible in. I've also bought a print-off ticket instead the conventional one that comes in the mail (which I prefer) because I won't be at home in May and if the ticket were to be delivered in a few days before the festival then I wouldn't be at home then either. There's too much risk of no one being into sign for it.

I'm doing the print-off ticket too. The other sort was the standard 'we might send this with a couple of days to spare, by normal unrealiable post' type, and that's a risk I'm not taking with something as expensive as this.
I'm booking a guest house or something in Derby, or tracking down people I know in the area

My Sonisphere 2011 ticket didn't get delivered despite the fact that it was bought mid-December 2010. I had to pick it up from the box office at Knebworth. It was a total shambles because no one at Ticketmaster customer service or at the Sonisphere team seemed to know what was going on. Apparently they ran out of tickets so couldn't send some out, but I don't believe that for a minute, especially since people who had bought their's two weeks before the festival were getting them delivered just fine. At least Ticketmaster refunded me the £5 delivery charge.

That's exactly the kind of thing I worry about, and I'm not taking chance with this, theres too much money involved.
So, it looks like a good weekend - Steve Harris this weekend, and something to look forward to this summer!

I feel like a complete idiot.
We have an office chat room in Skype where we discuss current stuff related to work. However, there's also this other chat room, where there's me and my friends and of course we discuss the silliest stuff in a very ...erm, unprofessional manner. I posted on the wrong chat and it wasn't a thing I'd like my colleagues to read! Damn!

Eeeek! It's far too easy to do with modern technology. I keep sending invites to the wrong 'Anthony' in my e-mail address book, which gets very embarrassing at times

Big sigh of relief. My boss and I were going over network usage and website hits. We are having a lot of bandwidth being sucked up. I was worried that my constant ventures in here would show.... but not! safe again.

However, we blocked a ton of internet radio. People will scream like kids getting dragged from a candy store!

Oh noo! You didn't get in trouble did you? This is where I'm kind of glad my work doesnt allow things like that. I'd surely do the same thing.

You know, there is one thing that I can't deny. Infinite dreams. Can't do it. Although.... infinity is hard to comprehend, sometimes.
