I guess it's the fact that he doesn't have a face that freaks me out? I can't pin point it but...he just scares me.

Strangely enough, Mr. Barlow doesn't scare me. He's creepy, but doesn't give me the fear feeling that Slender Man does.

I really like the Mr.Barlow vampire character :) Perhaps because the creators borrowed so much from the classic Nosferatu films and made him "up to date" at least 80's up to date..

The original Jaws can still get to me sometimes. Just something about water - the deep unknown and all that :D Its a great movie! All the sequels, well, not so much!

That's a classic but it doesn't scare me all that much and yes, the sequels are terrible. It's shame though. I've mentioned it on here before but a movie that really gets me even though it's one of my favorite horror movies is The Thing.

Oh yes, Pennywise! But Tim Curry freaks me out anyway no matter what he plays.

That guy is creepy! I haven't gotten a chance to check out any David Lynch films yet. I've seen bits and pieces of Wild At Heart because my brother and oldest sister love that movie.

That is actually one of my least favorite Lynch movies...But its OK. Just rather ordinary compared to everything else he has done. Check something else out by him. The Twin Peak series is also very recommendable :)

I've heard alot of good things about Twin Peaks. I'll have to put it on my Netflix. :)

It is, hands down, one of my favorite shows. I think either you'll love it or hate it..but perhaps it will be beneficiary to know a little bit about Lynch and his style. Watching one of his feature films beforehand might be a good idea so you know what kind of weirdness you can expect to run into in Twin Peaks :D

Uh, tough question. Blue Velvet is definitely one of his masterpieces. But I'd say go with Mulholland Drive. it has a very "Twin Peaks-esque" feel to it both in story and form. So it would be a good introduction if you plan to move on to the series afterwards...
