Oooh, lasagna. Don't know if this gets any coverage anywhere else, but in Germany, there is currently a food scandal going on because beef is often replaced by horse meat in processed food, without declaration. This especially concerns microwave lasagna. Ergo, there's pictures of lasagna everywhere in the news, and I've really felt like having one lately, but they've all been pulled from the supermarkets. <_<
 
Gets a plenty of coverage around Europe. Bunch of products have been pulled from the shelves here in Finland too due to horse meat. It's not the horse meat that really bothers me (horse is good!), but the without declaration part.
 
Lasagne is one of the easiest dishes...If you know how to make spaghetti bolognese sauce you also know how to make lasagne...you just need to put in in layers with bechamel sauce and lasagne plates and throw it in the oven...and shit :p
