You know, Moon Child, I love this thread for this reason exactly. It's like the life, all the answers are inside this thread. At least for this forum. Like in life, all the answers are in front of our eyes and sometimes we take years to really see.

Regarding your group.. Who's writing the lyrics?? Which Language?? Any samples??

Man, we're not even that far yet. We just got the rehearsal place. Friends of ours had it before and they were reasonably well established but they are kind of on a hiatus right now because one of them had to move. So we rented the place for now - we are in the process of getting all the gear and instruments we need and dragging it down there. THEN we'll start jamming and writing and stuff. Samples are probably a year into the future But I'll send you as the first!!

Yes please!

I'm not very fond of the procedure jamming /writing though. I prefer the members work their ideas alone and present something that they know where they'd like it to go.

I'm the same way. When I sit down and write stuff by myself, the result is usually better than if I try to get ideas from jamming with a group.
