Tomorrow is the big day! I'm moving the son into college tomorrow at 10am. He even cleaned out his room so one of his sisters can sleep there while he is gone!

Kinda crazy watching him go off. I hope he meets lots of girls with hot moms....

Its not just this site, all sites are attractive to spambots. I have my own domain which is used for blog/code testing these days (nothing amazing or interesting either, just me ranting :P as opposed to a guides type thing) yet I have blocked many bots recently and still delete adverts most days.

However, sites using popular software are more likely to be targeted. The simplest change can thwart a bot because the creators are unlikely to go out and alter the code just to access a single site.
 
I've never seen a forum with so much spam, and it always comes in waves every few months. It's not like this is a huge community either, so the effect of spam is very low.
