Pretty much all the Universities, High-Schools and Elementary schools have started here. 

So, this year I have a Senior and a Freshman...and a first year Middle-schooler!
 
Second year of the uni is starting next week. Can't wait. I've already booked the studio for a recording session (and some early-semester practising). Going to record acoustic guitar (stereo) for a song.
 
Sweet!!  Sounds like a good time.

I have to say, I did my 'Uni' non-standard.  I had kids, a full time job, etc.  I wish I had done it the 'normal way'. 

I'm very hopeful that all my kids will be able to attend!
 
I miss being at university over summer. Once I again I didn't manage to get a job for summer so it's been very boring sitting around in my house especially as I haven't been able to get out much because the weather has been crap. I'm about to go into my final year and I'm considering doing a Masters afterwards.

Loriot is dead. He was the last great humorist in Germany, and the person I would always cite when I had to prove that Germans can be funny. I found one sketch of his on Youtube with English subtitles, and while some things are obviously lost in translation, it is very representative of his style of humour (I also think it is actually worth learning German for the sake of enjoying his stuff):

Ya, Bruce rules on that! Oh, how I'd love to hear him singing on the rest of the Blaze songs. I do respect Blaze for stepping up to fill Bruce's shoes and enjoy his singing, but after hearing Bruce improve by so much on the songs he did, I'd kill to hear the rest!
Imagine him on Blood On The World's Hands. Look For The Truth, and Lightning Strikes Twice for example. OMG! That would be EPIC!
