I try as hard as I can to make as much notes as possible so they don't ring me - yet they have the notes in their hand and ring me and say things like:

And then I'm going to have to ask for a pay rise. One of these people that has rung should be able to do the same job as me (we are meant to be a team, after all) but I know he earns more than me. Trouble is he came from a different level than me before we got "unified".

Ain't that the truth. I get a pretty good wage, but I seem to be more on the ball with our systems than people who earn more than me - and do the same job. But like I say, some of these have come from a higher level beforehand and as our systems have evolved, they have not kept pace. Whereas, I have.LooseCannon said:
