I think that if an outside person would look at christianity and scientology he would'nt see much of a difference.
If there's such a person. I mean think about it, the only reason that the other religions sound less ridiculous is because they were around for a long time.

During my thinking man's rant, I think I pointed out just that.

I live in a yellow submarine!

Well yeah, I just didn't feel like acknowledging that.

There's this guy I work with. Pretty cool fella, named Rico. He's a truck driver who stops by my warehouse a few days per week.

Years ago (late 70s, early 80s) Rico was a rocker. He was hugely into all the old hard rock: UFO, Kiss, anything with Dio, etc. But then he became one of those born-again Xians. He got rid of all his rock albums, stopped partying, now all he listens to is Xian radio.

But he remembers all the old music, and we often talk about it when he stops by. If I'm playing a UFO or Kiss song, he can still remember which album it's from. He hasn't completely lost his love for old hard rock.

So today he walks up to me and says: "Dude, did you hear? Ronnie James Dio died!"

Me: "You just now heard? Which particular rock have you been living under?"
