I guess it wouldn't surprise you that in the Netherlands we also find a great deal of those (English as well).
We have become specialists in getting rid of them.

By the way, did you guys know how "handy" some of those allies were when dropping their load?
 
Them bloody Belgiums are good at UXD removal as well, and they had it mildly worse than the Dutch - they got it twice in the last hundred years.
 
Belgium always got fucked because nobody ever cared whether they were neutral or not. Or more specifically, the Germans never cared.
 
As the blokes on Top Gear said, "Belgium is a country created so that English and Germans have a place to settle their differences."  The Duke and I have considered going to the Belgian-German border and erecting a sign that says "Belgium: The Gateway to France"

In the last 100 years? Depends on what you exactly mean.

You're very wrong when it comes to human suffering in the form of:
- total deaths
- deaths as % of population
- Jewish Holocaust deaths
- civilian deaths

I think the Dutch had it worse in WWII than Belgium in WWI and WWII altogether.

They found one not to long ago in one of the few small towns
that exists in this desolate county I call my home county...
Big enough to decimate the entire town, every little house...

I was simply discussing amount of ordinance expended on or over Belgium as compared to the Netherlands.

Nah, using a slightly newer technique... advert in the paper.  Has done wonders so far!!!  ...tho my kids are pouting about it...
 
Agreed.... tho threat of that solution has lead to one guilt pick  :D  ....but she wanted the puppy anyway.
 
Hmm... at two different occasions today, two very pretty African girls smiled at me and as a result, I dropped something. Although the second time, it was more because I knew her and was surprised to see her. Funny coincidences.
