Ugh, was really pulling for Infinite Dreams to go all the way this year. Ahh well, might as well jump on the Hallowed train again.

Dance and Phantom.

Well, now that my mission of getting at least one reunion track in the top ten (much less two!), I can continue voting for Dance of Death. Which truly does not belong in the top 5, despite being a very good song.

Also Phantom.

Infinite Dreams at 6? Bleh, now that Paschendale and Seventh Son did not do well, I hoped it would have done better.

"Dance of Death" and "Powerslave". Within the last two days, I watched Flight 666/2 and listened to Powerslave (so that I could compare both track orders with "ROTAM") and I feel "ROTAM" is slightly better. "POTO" and "HBTN" are from another planet. ;)

I didn't think of that! ;) But now you mention it, getting a better musician (technically and physically speaking in the case of a drummer) tends to affect a lot of bands' careers and sounds by making them more "efficient" but possibly less "poetic" (Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Nightwish, Dream Theater...). There are probably examples where this doesn't work though...

Just don't tell me you're the only person in the world lamenting the fact Scott Travis replaced Dave Holland in Priest. Do you know Holland rapes underage boys? Maybe that's where the poetic factor came from. You know, forbidden love and shit...
