Round 13.2 results:
Lord Of Light, No More Lies and Alexander The Great are eliminated.

Here comes a tastefully painful 11-song round. One more to kill, then TFF.

Maybe I'm cheering too early but big chance that later either CSIT, either Alexander the Great, either Loneliness... will make it to the QF!

Which is in any case a step up from the last Survivor we did!  :ok:

Well, I was indeed cheering way too early it seems. I wonder why I thought that one month ago. Can't remember the situation.

We can still save it Forostar! We just need to be smart in how we vote -_-

You could have secured it better if you'd repeated my votes, but maybe this works as well.  :ok:

AMOLAD remains a popular album with everyone but you. You shouldn't be surprised!

Re: Iron Maiden Survivor 2010: AMOLAD round 3 (Oct 29-30)

I used to love AMOLAD, but it just hasn't aged well. Apart from These Colours, these songs seems average at best after 4 years. Jeffmetal, I stand with you!

In the effort to make sure TLD and FTGGOG are saved:

CSIT and The Legacy.

I love CSIT and really like The Legacy though :(

I know more people who share the same opinion as I. So this 'everyone' is very relative.

Also, you don't have much credits in my books to point something about someone elses Maiden dislikes. Killers, Piece Of Mind, Powerslave and Somewhere In Time should be Maiden absolute classics to every real fan...

Re: Iron Maiden Survivor 2010: AMOLAD round 3 (Oct 29-30)

Loosey is a real fan to me, though I think he and you should visit Maiden gigs a bit more often.  ;)

Speaking of visiting Maiden concerts:
I suddenly thought of something. Maiden didn't tour Brazil during the AMOLAD tour, did they?
Now that's what I call a great reason to bear some grudges towards this album. I'd be pissed off too, if my country was skipped when a new studio album came out.

So I would bear grudges to every album 'til No Prayer For The Dying, but Powerslave. Total nonsense. Try better next time, dude. Also, after getting hold of the October 12th, 2006 Nassau Coliseum DVD and knowing the album since the first day of leakage, I wasn't really giving a shit if they were coming here or not. There are 4 songs, though, from the album I wouldn't mind seeing on the next tour.
