Alexander the Great, The Clairvoyant, Futureal (to protect the other 2 Blaze songs).

Why does these choices have to be so hard? :(

The Clansman is easily the best song on that list. The Evil That Men Do is the only other song remotely close.
And seven people thought it was the worst  :wtf:
Is it just Blaze hatred, or am I missing something here?

Yes, I've noticed too.  It's the influx of new members since this summer, and at least I haven't noticed any old timers converting.

How come The Clansman has 7 votes?  :mad: It's the best song of the entire 90s.

And not just by Maiden.

Yeah. Fuck. The Clansman is the second best song on that list (SSoaSS) and easily a top ten song all together too. I'm more likely to appreciate the votes for Futureal or Virus (which I voted for) but it's crazy that LotLDR is apparently better than The Clansman.

Yep, I'd say it's Blaze hatred. My first listen of a Blaze era album (The X Factor) was only a couple months ago, and on a first listen, it wasn't that good to me. I have to give it time and quite a few listens, but it did click with me. I know a lot of people that refuse to listen to it because "It's not Bruce!". When I first heard The X Factor, I didn't compare him with Bruce because they are completely different singers, but because both have been frontmen for Iron Maiden, the comparisons (from others) are always going to come. If people can stop comparing Blaze and Bruce together, then maybe they'll like Blaze more. Blaze also suited the darker atmosphere of The X Factor completely (still haven't heard Virtual XI in full though, that my next album on the list).

The only reason I picked Futureal was to save the better 2 Blaze songs from the chop. I think that Alexander the Great, The Clairvoyant and Loneliness are all worse than the 3 Blaze songs left.
