Very glad that Seventh Son of a Seventh Son and Alexander the Great both made it into the Top 10. Underrated epics that miss out more often than not. Displeased that A Matter of Life and Death failed to make an appearance in the Top 10. Brighter Than a Thousand Suns was a very worthy candidate.

At this point my primary objective is to get 7th Son as far as it can possibly go. It honestly is my favorite Iron Maiden song.

Yes, this looks like a typical list from some metal website. It definitely feels emptier without even one newer song... I expected at least Thousand Suns or The Book of Souls to make it because I thought those are the songs everybody likes, unlike Empire or something.

Evil That Men Do is my 2nd favorite Maiden song of all time, glad it made it this far. At the end of this I'd love to see everyone's top ten compared to the referendum's outcome. I believe this to be a solid list of songs to make a top ten out of it. It does lean a bit heavy into PlayClassics territory however.

I don't like that there are no reunion era songs in the top 10 (and no ''The Trooper''), but this top 10 is worthy.

Ashame no Blaze era song survived it either.
