Introduction and request for help

Hello from Istanbul. I bought a ticket for the Athens concert on 23 May in the standing area (PL3) for 100 euros. However, as I couldn’t secure a slot for a visa appointment on that date, I was unable to apply for a visa. I won’t be able to attend the concert. I would like to transfer my ticket securely at the price I paid for it. My confirmed booking is still pending, but they haven’t sent me the ticket yet. However, I’d like to find a buyer before the ticket arrives and transfer it once it does. Is there a legal and straightforward way to do this?

Have you contacted the ticket seller for help and suggestions regarding this? I know that some of the bigger ones have a resale platform built-in, but I've never seen the one you have attached a screenshot with.

If you have paid through credit card, maybe you can ask your back for a chargeback?

I don't know what any of the Greek options for ad lists etc. is. If standing area isn't sold out yet or close to, maybe you'd have to take a little loss and mark down the price a little?
