I'm Norwegian, so I get brainwashed with it. By the way, didn't know I had that much cred to lose? If I'd initially mentioned The Everly Brothers instead of A-ha (the song is originally an Everly Brothers song, according to Wikipedia).

And actually, I hadn't heard the Whitesnake song of the same name ...

Thanks. Cool song. I must say that the melody of the line "crying in the rain" sounds very much like the other one - maybe Coverdale had once listened to The Everly Brothers? 

By the way, that very same melody line reminds me of one thing I learned from heavy metal.
