Was this person from the area nowadays known as the Middle East?  I think Foro or someone already defined that earlier in the game so I suppose you can use that same definition.
 
What's the problem with defining the Middle East? Seriously. We all know what it is...

Well someone did such a long definition of it (pretty sure it was Foro) and it hasn't come up again since then, so I was just checking.  Well, it doesn't matter I guess.

1. This person was not from the United States of America, though they did live in the area now known as the United States at some point during their life.  At the time that person lived in that region, it may or may not have been known as the USA.

I just said that the person wasn't, Foro.  So I won't count that question.  No, this person was not born in the USA.  They just resided in the area currently making up the USA at some point during their life.
