Historical Figures 20 Questions

Karl Marx was born long before 1850. In fact, the Communist Manifesto was published in 1848.

Doh!! I just thought with having the same number of letters in the first and last name. Inventing his own field of study. I should have Wikipedia his DOB.

I have a list at home of people excluded so far, but I'm not at home currently.  This is a tough one, and I think we need to reduce it by country next.  But I am willing to accept other suggestions.

Sure, sounds good to me.  Should we do it by language?  I remember one of those "country where german is spoken as a native language" questions.  Or find out if its a country with a latin base?  Your call, LC.

Was this person from the British Isles?

14. No, this person is not from the British Isles.

I have renumbered the answers to give you 2 more questions. Onhell's and Nigel's questions are not counted. I technically should count them; failure to consider answers already given or do sufficient research should not be forgiven so easily. But I feel like a nice guy today, so I'll give you a break.

Since it's been a while with no question, I'll assume you're all stumped. Therefore, time for a hint.

However, this hint is a big one. Probably a giveaway. So there is a price: Onhell's and Nigel's questions are once again counted! That means that the count is 17 questions so far, and the next will be #18. But this hint is big enough that it shouldn't matter...

Hint:
When LooseCannon guessed Sigmund Freud, he was wrong - but he was very much on the right track with the station in sight. If you tap into the collective unconscious, you may find the answer.

Now someone guess the right answer and let's keep the game moving!
