Yeah, I was gonna blast you out of the water till I double-checked, then I did a facepalm.  I fucked that up, I was clearly trying to divide clearly there.

After all, after Constantine, how many good emperors were there?  Theodosius?

Commodus was also co-emperor before he assumed sole power, but of course he isn't generally considered "good". I think the Severans also shared power, not sure about their worthiness of goodness.

Was this person known for his work in 20th century?
 
Was this politician a head of state?  (Include both Kings and Prime Ministers for nations with that arrangement at times.)
