I was holding My Michelle and Rocket Queen up against each other and I love both but I just enjoy listening to My Michelle slightly more! :dancinggeek:

I get why everyone's targeting You're Crazy. The only reasons I haven't touched it are 1. the acoustic version is brilliant, and 2. I've seen it live both in fast and slow form (slow with Axl's band and fast with Slash's) and they were both major highlights of the shows. I suppose I would've enjoyed SCOM more had I seen it with Axl in his prime and not Mickey Mouse.

I'm kinda sad that you guys eliminated my #5 but that song is rather polarizing. I've always just interpreted it as a song documenting major culture shock, even though I realize Axl kinda dug his own grave with his explanations on the song. I like Duff's take on it. He sees it as a criticism of people's views during the Reagan era. :p
 
I think voting for Welcome to the Jungle is more like a hardcore GNR fan version of voting for Hallowed Be Thy Name. It's one of if not the best songs the band has ever recorded.
 
I can imagine that the over melodramatic atmosphere can put people off. The song is quite lengthy and repetitive as well. But yeah, I loved it when it came out. Video clip helped a lot. When playing the whole album, it's certainly not my favourite.
 
I think she just voted for songs that are not in danger of being eliminated.

I have never heard of a GNR fan who doesn't like Sweet Child...
