If it's still tied at the end, then Civil War goes out (it has the higher average votes per round).

After strangling the data for a while, I have developed a new statistic for Survivor games: performance rating. Which is just a short way of saying "average percentage of voters per round who did not vote for this song". This way, rounds with different numbers of voters are fairly compared.
