The song is about Native Americans. Christopher Columbus originally went in search of India, but discovered the Americas and hence the name (Red) Indians given to aboriginals. It's pretty reminiscent of modern Heavy Metal. Super melodic and catchy. Maybe that's closer to your liking than their earlier material?
