And Higgins improved in the last half session, the day ended with Gilbert two frames up (13-11). Higgins made a 143-break (highest of the tournament so far) in frame 21!

We got a Trump v Higgins final and for a while, it looked like it would be an exciting one. Two frames into the 2nd session it was tied at 5-5. Then ... Judd Trump won eight in a row

Bloody hell. I haven't been watching it this time but Trump looks to be on absolute fire. Higgins has had some amazing shots though

And with the afternoon session ending 4-4, it was only a matter of when Trump would secure the victory tonight. He took the first two frames and that was that.
