Well, seeing as Reykjavik is the only one of these to qualify as "city" the answer should be obvious I'm more curious to know whether the program host was able to pronounce these names properly!

You know, everybody makes fun of the Icelandic name, but I think to any non-German, the German translation of Eyjafjallajökull would cause about as many nightmares: Inselbergegletscher

That's fairly straightforward to pronounce though, if one breaks it down: Insel-berge-gletscher.
