Azas
Island of Doom
Artist: Iron Maiden
Album title: Afterlife
Release date: 2028
Style: modern metal
Rating: Masterpiece
After highly successful last album Time And Again (2026), Maiden did one last tour and after that disbanded. But... after a year and a half, they all suddenly felt that unmistakable creative itch. They gathered in Bahamas and in the studio recorded one more album. There was no subsequent tour after that. But that album, was a such slam dunk, and of such unimaginable greatness, that metal community went completely crazy and never recovered.... This is it, my friends! This is true art.
This album is not Powerslave II or III. In fact, it's very in the vein of Piece Of Mind + Seventh Son + The Chemical Wedding.
