The Ed Huntour played small venues, damn. Theaters mostly. By the time Maiden got back to North America a full calendar year had elapsed and they stepped up from theaters to arenas.
Not to turn this into a Maiden discussion, but I feel like it was a consequential decision to do a small greatest hits tour and then go all out on a new album focused tour. The Brave New World tour setlist is wild. Of the first 11 songs, only three are from the 80s.

We're going to get something similar with this upcoming Parasomnia tour maybe. Obviously they are playing A Change of Seasons, but we're also getting the full Parasomnia album and a full set worth of other material. I've seen a lot of speculation that they might just throw in the songs that they've been playing in Europe, although I would love to see them go a little bolder.

Dead Again, the film that inspired Dream Theater when writing Scenes From a Memory, is on sale $4.99 on Prime Video.

DT has canceled upcoming UK/EU tour.
No reason given
Ticket sales. They experienced some really poor sales during the current tour and I’m sure couldn’t justify bringing the production over for a full UK/EU run just for it to (potentially) turn out the same.

Also what a tone deaf, old rich dude opinion: “just buy a ticket to the states and book a hotel last minute! And pay $150 for our ticket! All during the absolute worst time to cross the American border!”
