I must say that I was disappointed with Wildest Dreams, they could cut it from the album in my opinion, it's the weakest song. I like the rest very very much! Monstsegur, Paschendale and Dance of Death songs are my favs!!!! First, isn't my site man. Second it isn't freaking... people all over the world is using it so that's why works good for some and for others don't.

shaman , i have been a huge fan of maiden for a long time now , and i need your help. i am in a bit of a jam for money and well i hope you will upload the new songs on that site , so i can download them and listin to them untill i can afford to buy the album

Am on Age of Innocence now. And I am quite frankly blown away so far...Paschendale is absolutely amazing. Rainmaker is going to be to this era of Maiden what 2 Minutes was to the 80s, in my opinion.

Journeyman sounds like a lot of Bruce's solo stuff...reminds me of Tears of the Dragon in particular. Absolutely amazing, a great album ender. The only part about the song I don't like is the fact that it IS the end...
 
Well I knew it.......Age of Innocence is my FAV so far!!! I remember when I first heard that title I knew I would love it!! It has left me in complete awe..... well I consider Dance of death a good album cos' they had a time to think about it, the album music, lyrics and sound. Brave new world its a good album too, but the production is bad very weak drums. Instead Dance of death has a better production in any sense and more creative songs like paschandale, age of innocence and journeyman. I think kevin shirley did a great job with this new album.

OK! Here we go....the first song that made me cry was Dance of Death....how can they make incredible music like this...NOONE since Beathowen or Tchaikovsky have even come close Steve Harris' genious.

I just feel blessed to live in an era when these guys are around. Ever since I saw them at age 11 in Budapest, Hungary....I just can't let go of them. Now I'm almost 30 and still have the same affection for their music.

We all share this bond of loving this band. Yes we are a cult and there's no shame in loving them as GODS! They never sold us out, always remained true to themselves and to us. I just wish they're around when my future kids can learn to appreciate them

Which song should I play in the delivery room?
 
There's a lot of flavor on the album from Bruce's solo records...there's even a Skunkworkish song "Rainmaker". It's also cause there aren't many true Steve's songs on it.

The first song that made me cry was the title song "Dance of Death". Steve's usual play of folk music tunes...masterful! Adrian's "Paschendale" is very uncharacteristic from him but is a great song...and also "Face in the Sand " is pretty awesome. "Montsegur" pretty cool from Janick.

DO NOT waste your time on "Age of Innocence". Dave shouldn't have two songs!

"Journeyman" could be a song on Balls to Picasso (acoustic guitar). It is a wondeful song though.

Overall it's a very versatile album but for sure there's no return to the 80's sounds...what could we expect? It's a very progressive sound with great true musicians who are in their late 40's now (Nicko's 51)
