I kept lots of songs in the setlist, as I have always enjoyed the flow of Rock in Rio. However I dropped Mercenary, Dream of Mirrors, 2 Minutes, Sanctuary and Run to the Hills.

My justifications for the changes
1. I have always preferred OOTSP and Fallen Angel to DOM and Mercenary
2. I wanted to add Thin Line (one of my favourite Maiden songs).
3. It would be good to hear TETMD earlier in the set.
4. Even though it is my least favourite Maiden album, No Prayer does not get much love. I thought Tailgunner would be a nice surprise.
5. Drifter could have the fun sing along. This would be a bit of nostalgia for Bruce since he did it on his first Maiden tour.

6 Hold overs from Legacy of the Beast, with 9 new tracks, which I'd love to hear at some point. Only "new" song from this which isn't on a bucket list song would be Rainmaker, and even that would be awesome to see. I still kick myself for not seeing them on The Book Of Souls tour, only to get into the band about a year later.

Since the new album's main theme seems to be once again centered on the war theme it would be cool if the new record's tour would be composed of a handful of new songs, some must plays (Iron Maiden, The Number Of The Beast, Fear Of The Dark and something from 7th Son like The Evil That Men Do) as well as 9 other war related songs from their catalogue :
