Change some of the Maiden setlists

Welcome to a special double feature of Changing all of the 21st century tour setlists, based entirely on my own vibes and prejudices

Today, we're looking at the Final Frontier tour. Famously, the first leg of this tour was a menagerie of 2000s songs, some of which were being dusted off for the only time outside of their album tour. However (and unlike in 2003), I think the song selection could've been just a bit stronger:

Intro: Arthur's Farewell
1. The Wicker Man
2. Ghost of the Navigator
3. These Colours Don't Run
4. El Dorado
5. Dance of Death
6. Rainmaker
7. Brave New World
8. No More Lies
9. For the Greater Good of God
10. Blood Brothers
11. Fear of the Dark
12. Iron Maiden

13. The Number of the Beast
14. Hallowed be thy Name
15. Run to the Hills

Rainmaker replaces Wildest Dreams and RTTH replaces Running Free (straight upgrades), while Wrathchild and Breeg both get swallowed by Greater Good. Also just some slight re-ordering.

But then we get onto the 2011 setlist, as captured in the En Vivo! live album - memorable more for its performance quality than tracklist imo. As such, we can sprinkle a bit more 2010 magic onto the setlist:

Intro: Satellite 15
1. The Final Frontier
2. El Dorado
3. Two Minutes to Midnight
4. The Talisman
5. Coming Home
6. Dance of Death
7. Rainmaker
8. The Trooper
9. Brighter than a Thousand Suns
10. When the Wild Wind Blows
11. The Evil That Men Do
12. Fear of the Dark
13. Iron Maiden

14. The Wicker Man
15. Blood Brothers
16. Hallowed be thy Name

Getting rid of Running Free and TNOTB allows us to add in a song each from DoD and AMoLaD (by moving the BNW duo to the encore) - BTATS is an obvious inclusion when you pair it with the song about nuclear fallout, and Rainmaker is short enough to not blow out the toal runtime.

Nah, for me upgrading TFF leg 2 is finding room for “Isle of Avalon”. Maybe “The Alchemist” too.

Around the release of The Final Frontier I never particularly fancied to hear Isle of Avalon live, although I liked the song from the start. Looking back though, it might have been pretty nice live number with all that Smith & Harris groove and some neat little stage show effects, probably something similar to what Death of the Celts got on the Future Past tour.
