News Burning Ambition Documentary

I adore Iron Maiden and I'm very excited to see this docu, but yeah, there isn't much of a unique dramatic story to their legacy beyond: some singers left, one singer came back, and well, we got on with it, didn't we?
A few pages back, I tried to elaborate what "Burning ambition" could really mean in a broader cultural perspective if you want to portray a band that's been doing it for more than 50 years, but this trailer pretty much gives it all away: it's the story of Iron Maiden (again). You won't be contemplating much over it. I'll definately go and I'll enjoy it, but as a *documentary* It'll eventually be forgotten.

Soooo.... After watching the trailer I find myself wondering is this just a rehash of maiden part 1,2 and 3? with a little bit of info from when adrian and bruce left, and I'd rather of had history of maiden part 4 and 5 then just a rehash of things we all pretty much know already, right?

I’m going out on a limb here and predicting that the whole movie will just be a mix of live footage, with only the band members’ voices heard. Imagine the outrage. :D

Is Burning ambition the oficial documental about th 50 years of iron maiden or is another documental? Because they list only 3 members bruce steve and nicko

they tried to fill the drama gap with the chaos addiction of paul, trauma of the long road during World Slavery, the grunge attack in the early 90's, bruce's departure and cancer throat...
not every story has to be full drama, i'm ok with it. but i think the real drama in maiden's history is clive. i hope his story is mentioned in the doc.

It DOES feel strange even in the trailer not having cuts of band memebers talking. If the whole docu is like that, well.. It's going to be very strange indeed.
