Bruce's Solo Discography Ranked - The Complete List

Thanks for hosting this, Diesel! All in all, I can't really say I'm disappointed with the overall results. Most of them were expected, and while I would've definitely made some changes to this list (say... break "Zulu Lulu" and "Lickin' the Gun" into the Top 50 at least :innocent:) I can understand why certain songs would fall behind where they fell. Fun game!

Well, my friends, it's been an incredible journey. I've enjoyed this a lot. We all have different opinions on these songs and it's been wonderful hearing them during our "quest". I'm satisfied with the results for the most part. Maybe we can do this again if Bruce releases that new album he's been talking about. For now though, here's how it all turned out:

As promised, I'm re-running the results with the top and bottom votes removed to see if that creates any major shifts in song rankings. I'll let you know what I find.
 
OK, so I redid the rankings throwing out the highest and lowest vote for each song, and there weren't any radical changes. "Inertia" moved up 6 slots to #21, "Innerspace" moved up 5 slots to #34, and almost everything else moved less than 5 positions.

I did find something interesting, though -- the average score for "Strange Death In Paradise" doesn't appear to match the posted vote data. I double checked, and the posted votes should have worked out to an exact 8/10, edging out "Freak" for the #33 spot because "Strange Death" got more 10's.

On my adjusted list, "Strange Death" would have moved up an additional 8 slots on top of this to #25. Not a bad showing at all.

Yeah, it was the only anomaly I saw. Not sure if the vote totals you posted for that song were wrong, or if the average you computed was wrong. It was odd, because every other Skunkworks album track got 20 votes, and the posted totals for "Strange Death" only totaled 19 votes...

I think I'll try ranking Bruce's songs myself for the very first time and see how it compares - I already know some will be way off :)

Well, see, that’s the thing - we already have the official rankings thread and the polling boards, and LC has been doing an incredible job for years so I wouldn’t wanna steal his thunder. We already did the non album songs, too, so....

Say.... maybe we could do live tracks........
