I'm wondering if the placenames on the jacket are a hint to where he might be touring in the future. I asked on the official forum if they are new, and no one has answered saying that they were there before. Again I'm possibly reading too much into it, but it would make sense as a pr exercise similar to WOTW

Leo Liberti apparently had the idea and suggested her according to loudwire. I presume Bruce met her to discuss but I suppose it could of been done over Zoom to discuss the song and how she would dance to it.

Odd, promoting MBTP now? This is said to be an award-winning music video though. Good to see the solo band involved, we need an old school metal video with the whole band for the first single! It seems that with his solo band, Bruce is regaining his interest in being involved in music videos. The video is effective enough, good job.
If he wants some release until the new album (he'll have about 3 months for promo (Dec-Feb), unless he does it on the road with Maiden too), what happened to the live videos from TMP tour? Did he forgot about them?
